RETURNS POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days and will be subject to quality control checks.
Please kindly note that items showing signs of makeup, wear or use will not be considered for return.
General items on sale are final and do not qualify for return.
For hygiene reasons earrings and headwear do not qualify for return.
We do not offer refunds. Exchange or credit will be applied to your customer profile for future purchases.
Custom order dresses and garments do not qualify for exchange or return due to the try before buy service provided in store.
Dresses featured in our online Clearance section are reduced as they may be surplus stock, discontinued styles or colours, or replenished samples.
Sale dresses (excluding samples) are eligible for return/exchange within 14 days, subject to a quality inspection.
Dresses marked as ‘Sample’ are final sale and are priced accordingly, as they may show minor signs of wear from in-store fittings.
Return costs will remain the responsibility of the customer and proof of postage should be retained for reference.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN:
Please email us directly: hello@somethingbluestudio.ie with order details and we will provide instructions on how to complete your return.
Once items are received and reviewed based on the above we will be in touch to confirm your preferred option.
Quality control is a core part of the service we provide and we go to great lengths to ensure items are received in top condition. If for any reason items arrive damaged please let us know within 24 hours and ensure to send photos with a full description so we may raise this directly with our carrier.
